    The actual title of that song is Izzo (H.O.V.A), H to the izzO V to the izzA...and later on in the album calls himself jay hova, which could be Jay-Z comparing himself to you know who....or at least thats what my ghetto fabulous friends tell me...

    Not saying this is fact or true or anything, but that's just what a friend with the albums says...

    hova- i.e. jehova, i.e. the name of god.

    Jay-Z's nickname is Jay-hova. or just hova, hove, many other variants.

    not that i know a lot about rap, but its not hard to figure out. ;)

    I'm pretty sure the sigs have something to do with the fact that those posters who have them finally have what could be considered by some (though not us who really have them) friends.

    Just an educated guess.
