We've had a number of H&M threads over the years and pondered when they'd finally put a store in Texas considering the tons of stores they have in excellent locations like Rhode Island,Delaware and Indiana. Finally it's been confirmed, the first H&M store in Texas will be at Dallas' Northpark Mall. http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/bus/stories/102710dnbushm.154fc0d.html
Dallas - dont care. I wouldn't even go to Dallas if Brooks Brothers were having suits on sale for a dollar.
1. It's not food/alcohol-related 2. It's in Dallas (minus 1000 points for not even being local) 3. Most importantly - it's not food/alcohol-related All this excitement over clothes??
H&M, Swedish clothing company, when I used to live in Manhattan these stores were everywhere. I actually like their style, sophisticated but can be casual, urban/city street fashion/style. At prices that average people can afford. But yeah...like you said...it's just freakin' clothes. Your excitement level would probably depend on ones interest in fashion.
holy crap, that's gold You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to ima_drummer2k again.
Mostly this. Some of their stuff looks ridiculous and didn't make the transition over to the U.S. very well. Every now and then they'll have some decent stuff, but H&M isn't groundbreaking for Dallas by any means.
