I was just wondering what everyone take on this is... What's our best option? Obviously Eddie's value is extremely low right now, amidst the rumors of him not wanting to play. Ought we to sign him back and hope that things settle down and THEN trade him? Or should we dump him right now? I think things can settle and his value will go up... Can we use the money that we got from Rice in a trade with Eddie?
How about Eddie for Rasheed? I heard the Blazers were shopping him around. I don't completely understand the trade exception but maybe that could help us out.
The Trailblazers won't take griffin, they're trying to clean up their image. I guess what I'm asking is, how could this trade exception work in Griffin's case? Should we even sign his extension though? If we don't change the topic of this thread its going to get locked down....
The only trading that Eddie is going to have to deal with in the future is getting traded around in jail for a pack of smokes.
wow, now there's an idea. sounds like you might have 1st hand experience here. does Eddie really deserve this kind of disrespect? didn't think so. give him a break. at least this time. there will be ample opportunity to crucify him. besides, he might end up being a decent basketball player and citizen.
