    Spanolis got 18pts and Greece lead us by 22pts in first half. He is really a genius!

    If we can keep him, and can also get Scola, that will be perfect! I hate JVC! Congratulations to Spurs!

    Nice game by yao in limited minutes. 16 points in 18 minutes is a very good outing.

    Scola is better than span for Rockets.
    Don't hate JVG, he did nothing wrong in dealing iwth spanoulis. In fiba games, both scola and spanoulis are great players. But in nba, obviously, we knew the difference between them.

    JVG! JVG! I love JVG! Screw Vspan... seriously, we got a legitimate starting PF for him. JVG should have played Vspan more though, that much i do think, but those turnovers can cost you a game.

    Yes, but I can understand what the coach did completely. It is tougher to face Scola and company in the next round, so by losing China avoids that.

    If by chance China wins next round, they will mostly like face Spain instead of USA, they took spain to overtime the first time around, so who knows.

    He played a total of 18 minutes, 10 in first half and 8 in second half, he wanted to play more but the coach said no! :D

    China played better without Yao, more fluid up and down and made their comeback without the big fella.

    If China had any guards with an understanding of how to beat a press etc, they could really improve.

    V-Span....he played great.

    China got blown out in the first quarter. No point playing Yao full minutes after that point.
