heads-up: this card might require a relatively recent driver release from nvidia to support Vista 64-bit, depending on your release date of Vista. I got a nvidia Quadro 320 laptop card with new laptop and OS in May, with no problems, though. download 64-bit driver here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x64_177.35_whql.html
make sure your power supply can handle this video card as well. if you're on a dell, hp, etc budget pc, most likely you'll need to upgrade the power supply.
