    Here's a piece from Grantland regarding J.R. Smith's career and why he is who he is. Very insightful look at his past, his father's influence, and his maturity issues. It's a long article, but a pretty good read.

    I think this quote from JR Smith's father sums up why the NBA shifted to the one year of college rule.
    Basically sums up JR Smith's entire career so far.

    This is a good article- and one of the reasons I think the minimum age should be raised.

    Interesting article. Explains a lot about J.R. But his dad is something else too. After this comment, I nearly fell off my chair. That's a good reason why he should NEVER coach anyone.
