Dude I totally disagree with your Avril opinion. She is awesome. Whoever builds her songs is a melodic mo-fo. Catchy as the clap, too.

 

Gotta disagree with Christina. True she's a slut but she actually has a very good voice with a lot of range. Britney is the no talent scrub.

 

I have no problem with any of those three musicians.

 

I think Herectic is an Eminem backer.

I hear that Avril rights her own songs.


Do all female canadian singers sound the same? She sounds like Alanis Morris....Coulier.

Avril sound nothing like Alanis. Alanis had that whiney breaking of the voice thing that was annoying as hell. I've only heard "Complicated" and "Sk8rboi" from Avril but I don't hear her doing that.

 

I've been saying this for sometime now ... Christina has one hell of a voice, it is absolutely beautiful, the range, and the way she can take it up and down ... very nice.

And again, I'd suggest that people give her new album a listen, esp the tracks Walk Away, Get Mine Get Yours, and Loving Me For Me.

Avril ... I really don't like her, but her new song 'I'm With You' isn't half bad either.

You thought we were all clean cut and polite? Sum 41 is Canadian too. And D.O.A., (who recently did a song and video with Bif Naked, incidentally.) And the grunge godfather Neil Young. The list goes on … It's true. Some of us don't wash much.

 

The only Avril Lavigne song I've ever heard is that "sk8er boi" song, and I think it's probably the worst song I've ever heard . . . It's even worse than the Christian Rap CD a friend of mine cut that was so terrible even he doesn't like it . . .

as for britney, hey, some people just know how to be a star, and she does. good voice, schmood voice.

 

Actually it was rockit and myself that stated that Christina Aguilera is a very good singer. And you like, or even liked Whoomp There It Is? That was some of the corniest crap that I'd ever heard at the time. Partially because of the Chronic and partially because they sucked.

 

Sheryl Crow is kind of annoying.

Her last album's only good songs were written with the help of master guitarist, singer, songwriter Doyle Bramhall II.

And she had plenty of help before that too.

It's also pretty hypocritical how she detests skanky pop stars, while she flaunted her flesh shamelessly to promote C'mon C'mon.


I say bump her from the list.


And Eminem, because he's a joyless prick with no sense of humor.

I'm not bashing the pop stars to 'look cool'. I'm bashing them because they f*cking suck. OK, just wanted to make that clear.

 

Music really does suck for the most part nowadays doesn't it? What happened? TRL? 106 & Park? Everything pretty much sounds the same. The Dixie Chicks' music sounds just like Shania (sp) Twain's music which sounds similar to Destiny's Child music which reminds me of Britney Spears' music which is a dead ringer for Pink's music. I miss Al Green .

the cd is nice, i especially like "things i'll never say"
the other two i do not dislike, christina has a great voice,, i do not always like her musik, but het voice is great.
