So the Graham Norton effect is starting this Thursday I believe. I don't know a thing about this guy, but they've been showing this special on Comedy Central called "Introducing Graham Norton" on comedy central. It shows highlights from his show in England. So far, this show looks hilarious. I hope he doesn't have to compromise anything to be on over here.
They used to show his British show on the BBC every night at 10 or 10:30pm. He is absolutely hysterical. When he went to Dollywood and hung out with Dolly Parton, it was priceless. He is VERY funny and extremely risque for American tv, although pretty tame for the BBC I think.
He had Cher on and he shows her this website of a "balloonphile" I guess. He calls the guy up to have him talk about his fetish and uses this stuffed dog phone that is a lot like Teddy Ruxpin so that when the guy talks, the dog phone's mouth moves and his eyes blink. It was hilarious.
