    Raptors A+
    Clippers A
    Thunder A
    Lakers C

    Houston Rockets
    Grade: F
    Record: 9-11

The Houston Rockets have been quite terrible through the first 20 games of the 2018-19 NBA season. After what they nearly pulled off last season in the Western Conference Finals, many expected this team to come out with fire and a chip on their shoulder this season.

So far, it’s been the opposite for the Rockets. They lack the swagger, and don’t have any real characteristics of a good team. While they’re still a top 10 team on the offensive side of the ball, the team has the third worst defense in the NBA.

While they’ve been a bit better as of late, they’re still only good enough to currently sit into the 14th spot of the West right now. Woof.

    Yes, silly article.

    Houston F (10-11)

    while

    Spurs C- (10-12)

Both were playoff teams last year with high goals this year.

All the experts were saying the Lakers would be lucky to win a few more than last years team. Lucky to win 40
games. They are currently 13-9 and on pace for about 52 wins and they get a C?

    Edited: updated standings

I would rate our Rockets at a C- right now. If they are lucky with a couple of trades which are game changers, we can become a strong playoff team with good health. Let's hope for the best.

nah, the Rockets have championship aspirations...we were coming off taking GS to 7 games...the Spurs are just hoping to be a solid playoff team after the loss of Kawhi and were a 1st round exit last year

it’s clear why they would be given a higher grade despite being right where we are record-wise...we have much higher expectations

Then it's a typical weekly power rankings.

Because Raps took a chance like the Spurs...and their grade reflects that. But what if injuries reverse their fortunes leading to the end of the season.

Then it has nothing to do with moves and more about injuries or suspensios. Rockets are like 8-4 or 9-4 with both Harden and CP3 playing in the same game.
