I don't know about using that formula, but the Rockets are closer to a championship now than they were last season, so it's somewhere in the positive side.

I like the A-F grading system better. I give this offseason an A. We were able to trade for a top 5 player. And we added a bunch of guys that each contribute a different skillset to the team. We've added proven scorers (Howard, T-Mac), proven perimeter shooters (Ward, Lue), a proven defender (Deke), and a guy that can contribute energy off the bench and a bunch of other good things (Sura). AND we didn't get suckered into giving Fisher 37 million bucks.
