teams with new logos, Cavs, Nuggets, Raptors, I believe Sixers and Magic will follow. notice the hat. How did the Rockets do compared to these other teams??? it's an "H" & "R" not just an "R"!!!
Did the Nuggest change though? I see a difference in color but thats about it. I love the new sign. Give it time and we will all learn to love it. We are cheering for the Team not the Jersey so if they went out wearing the most disguisting jerseys ever, as long as they say Rockets on them I will cheer for them.
The Magic just got a new logo 5 or so years ago. Plus, it's one of the better ones in the NBA. Another one is certainly not coming. The Sixers changed their logo not that many years ago, too.
i think the nuggets have a new "DN" logo. Mello had it on his draft cap but I cant find a pic. Maybe someone else can. Funny how letters have played such a big part in the logo changes. Must be part of the NBA "Read to Achieve" program.
Hey BTW go to Rockets.com and look on the left hand side where the wallpappers are at and look at the Logo, Well the "HR" at least and you can see that it looks awesome when its white on Red IMO. Check it out and tell me what ya think.

The Rockets one is the only one that stands out. The others are your basic run-of-the-mill logos, with big, bold straightforward lettering. I like just having the "R" rather than spelling the team name out.
For some reason, the new Rocket logo reminds me of that game Quake. Something with the streaks at the bottom or something. It's probably just me though. All in all, the logo is okay. A little bland but decent. Carry on... Cod
What is the Raps new logo? Are you saying the new logo for the Raps is on that hat with a T & R and a maple leaf? If they were to go woth a new logo I thought it whould be that Raptor claw or whatever was on their draft day hat.
I completely agree, man. The Magic's logo is nice and their jerseys I think are the sweetest in the League. This is my favorite: Rockets fans have a special affinity for the ol' pinstriped ones. I guess you can figure out why.
Yes, unfortunately...I've been hoping through 2,000+ posts that it'd never get brought up, but at last.
I really dig the new Rocket's logo. It's simple and has a nice bold look in it that looks scary. Evil scary maybe but hey I like that... The old bull on the bulls logo has evil eyes and it strikes fear in others especially with jordan holding the ball. We tried a rocket with evil eyes and wanted him to look fierce but at the end it looked like a P&n%s... So I'm all for this new look.
From what I heard the Sixers and Magic ARE getting NEW uni's this season. Someone I believe has even already posted a few logos they found on the web for the Sixers. I also heard the Grizz though and I think thats been postponed till 2004. The Raptors hat confirms everything I heard about the newRed and White colorway as well as them trying to market themselves as "Canadas Team".
Yep that was me who posted them. But word out of Philly is that those deigns were REJECTED. Thank goodness cuz those designs sucked. And you complain about our new logo.............
