Actually, on EBay those "got _____?" shirts can be found for almost any pop culture topic. They also have "Got Metallica?", "Got Green Day?", etc... even with the same pics and the same print. It's not a specific thing; just a goofy idea someone had.

 

For example, here's an Ebay search for "Got Autopilot Off?" (Autopilot Off is a pretty unknown alternative/punk band... also, that shirt isn't funny, nor does it make sense.) Ebay Search Notice they have the window decal as well.

The Steve Francis one just happened to catch someone's eye.
