    not sure if i understand the whole concept, is dangermouse still making the music?


    video was pretty coll by the way, the first album will be hard to live up to

    Danger Mouse did not help with the album. I think it was only produced by Damon Albarn, one of the creators. I does sound really good, but I'm going to have to give it another listen in order to rank it between the other Gorillaz albums.

    It sounds pretty much like the first one, but that's a good thing.

    You need to really listen to it though, it's not background music.

    It's a trip. Would have loved to have it back in the acid days.

    I think Damon Albarn is the main guy behind Gorillaz and basically rotates guests.

    They have 3 albums:

    Gorillaz
    Demon Days
    Plastic Beach

    Gorillaz is Damon Albarn (of Blur) and Jamie Hewlett. Other than them, the group consists of a rotating mix of other contributing artists.

    And the new album kicks ass. Seeing them live next month and can't f'kin wait!
