Google Chrome Very Slow at Times (usually video)?

For the computer experts on this board, does anyone know why Google Chrome will basically freeze up sometimes and have a hard time loading pages? It seems to happen often when trying to play videos. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks

"Videos" is the operative word.

Flash is the problem. Somehow, the combination of Chrome and Flash is problematic. I disabled it in Chrome.
