Well BLM is a political org at this point so they are being hypocritical. A photo seen circulating on social media shows a slide that was presented during a diversity training showing what’s acceptable and what isn’t acceptable as part of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co.‘s zero-tolerance policy. Under acceptable: Black Lives Matter (BLM), Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride. Listed as unacceptable: Blue Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, MAGA Attire, Political Affiliated Slogans or Material.
Something tells me this is bullshit...why would a manufacturing company invite this type of headache upon itself?
Odd that the President is more concerned with MAGA rather than "blue lives matter" or "all lives matter"
Private company can decide on the own dress policy. A government official should not be punishing people and companies for their speech.
Soooo.....is it possible that a disgruntled employee snapped a picture of a fake slide and then sent it to the news station...who ran with it? https://thehill.com/homenews/admini...tt-of-goodyear-tires-after-maga-attire-report
We really need to figure a way to put meat on enforcement of ethics violations. One thing that this administration has shown us is that checks and balances are mostly a facade in a two party system where legislators from one party have to save their political careers by defending a president who violates ethics violations left and right no matter what.
