It was a sight that made me feel good. Kelvin Cato showing some of the energy he showed with Portland and Iowa St. I remember watching Cato block Karl Malone's jumper in the playoffs a couple of times. He used to get off the floor quick and alter many shots. I don't know what happened, maybe he looked across the lineup and saw a mirror of himself in Campbell or something , but as of late he has been playing well.

Cat has been playing well also. His shot selection isn't as bad as it was when Steve was injured and he's producing better and more consistently. I'm still not saying that the slump and inconsistent play is over , but its a start.

Finally , its good for Rockets fans to see another good point in Davis. A lot of people on this board likes to put Francis so far ahead of the other rising pg's, but tonight and against Nash and probably against Miller, fans will see they're pretty even. Davis is strong, atheletic and has improved his shot since entering the league. He's playing without the teams leading scorer but is still avg 8.7 asst. I've said it before that this is the deepest I have seen at the pg position in a long, long time. You can look at Kidd,Payton,Francis,Van Excel,Davis,Miller,Nash,Marbury,Cassel, then you throw in Tinsley,Parker, along with Stoudimire and you have some talent at that position. I see Kidd and Payton as the best at their positions with Francis,Davis,Miller,Nick,NashMarbury,Cassell right behind them. I don't think you could lose with either of them.

Good win, but we need a few more so lets not get to excited.
