This article is pretty long, but it had some really good points. There was a whole lot in this story that has been repeated a number of times on this board so hopefully managment will see the same things we and yahoo sports see. Here is the link so read for yourself guys. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news?slug=teamreports-2008-nba-hou&prov=sportsxchange&type=team_report
Actually they do a pretty good job of tying everything up together once a week during the season too.
Sometimes non-action is an action in and of itself. I'd like to offer my own adaptation of an old Chinese proverb: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on Les Alexander. Fool me three times, shame on CD. Fool me four times, shame on Morey. In my opinion, and I realize that this is purely my opinion-- which is obviously a dissenting one, given the behaviors and intentions of the Rockets' organization-- the dynamic duo of Yao and Mcgrady is dead weight. The Rockets should try to cut their losses now and plan for the future. Maybe take on some more dead weight, expiring contracts, and draft picks for one of them, with the hopes of a better tomorrow. Maybe unreliable T-Mac + Chuck Hays for potentially broken-down (and younger) D-Wade? I dunno.
