I know others have mentioned Nujabes in some of the other music threads, but I think this deserves it's own thread. Jun Seba, AKA Nujabes, was an underground Japanese hip-hop producer who recently passed away in a car accident. I started listening to his music not too long ago (must have been days/weeks before his death) when I figured out I was going to Japan for vacation. If you guys are a fan of soulful/jazz/smooth hip-hop beats, I think you'll really enjoy this guy's music. Also, if you're an anime fan (unlike this guy), you might recognize him as the producer of pretty much the entire soundtrack for Samurai Champloo. Same here. Introduced through Samurai Champloo (which is dope btw) and listened to more of his stuff. Very much a jazz/hiphop mix that I love listening to. It was sad to hear he passed away about a month ago. Great music all around.
