Good Alternative To Reliant?

    Well I have a store out on Gessner & I'v been with Reliant Energy for over a year. They keep jacking my rates up higher and higher it seems... I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on who i should transfer to.. Cost effective would be the key. Im not under contract and i'd be willing to sign one if i had to.
