We need to keep Kevin Willis around next couple years to teach Yao a few things about the physical nature of the NBA. TRex is perfect mentor to Yao. He can also help bridge the cutlural gap between Franchise, Cat and Yao.

We need to trade Cato and give the backup job to Willis. Willis is better than Cato so its the right move anyway.

    Trade or cut Cato.

I agree with the part about having Willis back, but it would be up to him to want to come back and help mentor the young big men. I would much rather dump Collier and have Willis as my 3rd big man. If he wants to be on a contending team , then there are a couple of teams like the lakers or spurs that could use his services, but if he thinks he could latch on with one of those teams he might consider coming back and helping Ming,Griffin and Cato out with conditioning and his infamous jump hook. One thing about Willis throughout his entire career i've never read about him coming into camp out of shape or not ready. Cato on the other hand is a different story.
