Just an off-the-cuff question, who do you guys think will be your head coach next year? I've heard a ton of rumors, from Jeff Van Gundy, to Dave Cowens, Bob Huggins, and I'm assuming that Scott Skiles name will pop up among others. Who do you think will be coaching for the Nuggets after this season?
The Larry Brown rumor is still really strong, but I'm not sure it's gonna happen. Like you, I've just heard lots of rumors (Bob Huggins, Jeff Van Gundy and Dunleavy seem to be the most mentioned though). Honestly, I think Kiki's just gonna get through the season and then get the best coach he can. One thing I'm sure of is the fact that no longer will this team just get some coach off of our current staff or former player list. We're going for some names.
Hey, I've got a question, nuggets fans. You've heard all of our Raef LaFrenz dream-trade scenarios. What are your dream-trade scenarios regarding the guy? Not preposterous dream-trades... but something that could happen if with a lot of luck and a bit of shrewd dealing. *note - this question is not limited to trade scenarious with Houston
I really liked some of the three way deals that were floating around earlier. One had us sending out Raef, TAW and Nick and recieving Glenn Robinson, Austin Croshere and Travis Best. I liked the Portland trade rumor of Nick, TAW and Raef for Stoudamire, Wells and Davis as well. Honestly though, most of the attention has been on Nick recently, and Raef's kind of an afterthought. The scary thing is, in both of those two rumors, the player I'd least like to give up is Tariq Abdul-Wahad.
Little under 24 hours to go. Personally, I doubt it. I still think there's a 95% chance he'll be dealt. Why not?

Now that I think about it.........that makes Dallas pretty scary. They have lacked an inside presence, especially since Bradley is in the doghouse. Camby gives them a nice shotblocker.
Oh hell, I posted this in the wrong thread. Oh well. Anyway, the only reason we'd get Howard is his contract expires after next season. $20 mil of cap room. As for hte Camby to Mavs thing, I disagree. What's the purpose of that? Camby's never healthy and is a worse post up player than Howard, something the Mavs could use.
