The other day I caught a Knicks game, and to my suprise Don Chaney was again a head coach. Not sure why, but it almost brought a tear to my eye. I remembered the time when the rockets were the team I loved to hate, before all the success, before the bandwagon rocket fans came and went, when the rockets only chance to make it to the finals was to buy a ticket. Much success Don.
God, I hated that man as a coach. His constantly bewildered/pissed off look on the sidelines was second only in the aggravating category to Jack Pardee's baffled looks and claps on the sidelines of the Oilers. I'd be surprised if Don lasts too long there... his players are already complaining about playing time and getting shots.

I saw Don Chaney at the Dave Chappelle show in Houston like 10-12 years ago I said 'What up coach Don' he acknowledged my shout out. Nobody else knew who he was.
I ran into MR MEAN at a bar. He was in town for a college basketball game. I had the same kind of interaction with him as you did Don Chaney. 99'ers just get it.
