GLO - New Home questions (not Houston)

    My sister is getting a new home built from the Hurricane Harvey assistance program (HAP) thru our great State of Texas. Does anyone know about the quality of the homes they build? The other option is to refurbish said home which was built in the 1940s and has survived hurricanes and storms since then.

    It's not in Houston but in one of the suburbs.
