    A rumour yesterday had the Raptors pondering reacquiring Charles Oakley to help toughen up a thin front court. Oakley, 40, played with the Washington Wizards last season, but has not played this season.

    A club source said yesterday that the Raptors have given some consideration to Oakley, who played for Toronto for three seasons before being released after the 2000-01 season.
