    That's my hometown. We always woke up to the sound of the workers' bell, and there was one indicating it was already 8:00, our time to be at school in the morning.

    The accident occurred at 10:45 and fire was under control and put out at 12:45, but according to the article , 26 people died and dozens were treated for injuries. You can tell from the below picture that the 18-wheeler's cabin didn't stand a chance, but the container is intact (the camera that is on the OP is probably to the top left of the picture):

    Sad stuff. Dangerous working conditions are all about safety. I don't think there was anything done incorrectly there.
