    If I were the guy walking, I would sue the hell out of the ice cream truck driver. How could the ice cream truck driver not see that guy walking in the middle of the road? In America, pedestrians have the right of way.

    yeah but come on...COME ON!!! Didn't he get what was coming to him? Why was he doing that in the first place? I, as any person living in the metropolis area should, always watch for pedestrian traffic because sometimes PEOPLE JUST DO STUPID ****! BUT didn't he get what was coming to him? Didn't he?
