I post very seldomly on this board, and I guess I don't have too much seniority to talk smack here, but what I see by some of our posters is absolutely pathetic!! One loss is NOT the end of the world. One loss does not mean that Yao Ming is an insult to height and that our backcourt as a whole is NBDL material. We played a good team, and we lost. Were mistakes made? Yes they were. But that does not mean that the Rockets are a bad team and that our players are garbage. Within a 24 hour span, we have people that go from making JVG a genius to an absolute schmuck. One night people say that Yao Ming is the second coming of Hakeem and the next, Yao is the worst player in NBA history. Forgive my ranting, but this sickens me. Have faith in this team, and have faith in the players. JVG is a good coach, and our players are solid. Give it some time before you trash the team.
If everyone else is stupid for saying that all of the Rockets should be traded, and I am stupid for saying that you shouldn't bash the team over one game, then who is smart according to you?

everyone but you.... sorry that was childish, let me answer again....According to me the smart people are the ones who do not run to their pc's everytime the rockets play poorly. The smart people watch patiently and enjoy their team on tv.

thats all and good....but there is NO SUCH THING as Steve-only or Cat-only fans. thats the label that Yao fans use on anyone that dares defend the guards. those people are and always have been ROCKETS FANS. you know those dont you? those are the ones that actually knew who the Rockets were before Yao got here. they are the ones that will remain Rockets fans even after Mobley and Francis are gone. how many Yao fans can say the same? geeez louise...
You got my vote AggieRocket! These bandwagon-ers have nothing else better to do than give up after one friggin game. Ive been a fan through the best times and the worst times and ive seen worst! This is why I joined this awesome sight so I could some how show and share my support with other DIE-HARD Rockets fans. I just don't know why there are those posters who find one negative thing at the moment and make the Rockets seem like they're the enemy, I mean damn! I hardly post or reply unless the subject is actually worth taking a look at. If you think the Rockets are the worst team in the NBA then fine but just don't come out and rant that the whole team needs to be traded. If you are a friggin Rockets hater then I think you need to find another site where you can whine all you want about the team. And when they start winning don't rally back here and say that you knew that they had the right stuff....it just not right. It's fortunate that our coach, assisstant coach, managment and players aint bandwagon type of person. otherwise, we will be looking at different roaster every other loss. Advise for Rockets players. Don't come to the forum until you win a game.....oh wait, until you bring us a championship.
Sto...hey! It's you! Anyway...yeah, this whole loss = 20 new "Trade _____" or "______ sucks" threads started is getting ridiculous. We lost, to a better team...simple as that. We didn't execute in the 4th quarter. We had no answer for Antoine late in the game, and we took bad shots towards the end. I can't really feel bad about this though. I was too worried about Jamal Crawford. That fall he took was nasty.
... then there will be no more stupid posts by Joe Schmoe (Yao only fans, Steve only fans, Mobes only fans, Clutch the Bear only fans, Rockets Cheerleaders only fans, etc.)
