I don't know what I find more disturbing, someone having so many pictures of GW, someone having so many pictures of monkeys, or someone having enough pictures of both and apparently spending a significant amount of time putting them together.

I think the CIA assembled this for their new recruits. You don't want a special agent fooled by a presidential imposter. New recruits are given two weeks to study pages like the ones shown above. At that point, they are given a test over such image comparisons, and they must be able to identify the president correctly at least 60% of the time. This is all part of strengthening our intelligence community. A good step really. But once again, you have to be bothered by the fact that it got leaked to the public.
Chimpanzees are not 'monkeys' damnit. Also, Bush has proven himself to be an idiot, over and over again... so I find it disturbing that someone would insult our closest relatives through an association to Bush. None of these chimpanzees ever made the comment: Any time we've got any kind of inkling that somebody is thinking about doing something to an American and something to our homeland, you've just got to know we're moving on it, to protect the United Nations Constitution, and at the same time, we're protecting you.
true. I was at the Yemasee Primate Facility back in the mid 90s when my primatology professor said, "hey look that macaque is masturbating". Sure enough, one of the juveniles was staring at me, and rubbing one off (we were all in separate tree houses w/ our own enclosures w/ 30-40 macaques).
