Speaking of boxing... http://www.news.com.au/common/story_page/0,4057,8647644^13762,00.html FORMER heavyweight world champion George Foreman, whose last fight was seven years ago, is in training for a one-fight comeback. Foreman told Houston television station KRIV on Monday that he began training on January 10, his 55th birthday. "I've been training and working out to get down to 225 pounds (101 kilograms)," he said. "If I do, I'm going to have one more boxing match." He said he has already lost 11.25 kilograms. Foreman has not fought since losing to Shannon Briggs in 1997. He said he knows people will make fun of him, but said he is used to it. "A lot of people say, 'Boy, you must be out of your mind. Don't even try it'," he said. "But I've heard that since I was 19 years old." Foreman's career record is 76-5 with 68 knockouts.
Yea...I would love to see Tyson pummell his old arse so he would have to retire and stay retired. This thing about old boxers trying to make come-backs.....PASS.
Speaking of Jack, Rick Reilly wrote an excellent article about him a few weeks back. It is my goal to be like Jack in my final years on this planet.
im sure itll be Foreman WITH fat free grill machine vs. Tyson... That will make it a little bit more fair.
Damn, is he hurting for money or something...I know he has like 100 kids, but damn... Tyson needs to fight as he has no more money, which is so hard to believe and comprehend...It's like the Democrats taking responsibility for their socialist, liberal beliefs...
