Steve Francis took exactly ONE more shot then Gary Payton.

It was not the GP/SF matchup that caused the team to lose, it was the lack of defensive intensity, and getting a hand up in every shooters face.

They had it in the 1st and 4th quarters but in the 2nd and 3rd quarters the Rocks played defense like a bunch of zombies on parade.

This logic is wrong on so many levels. So lets see, Payton has the game of his life and ends with 18 assist. The Rockets have 19 assist, which is d@mn good for a team. The rest of the Sonics have 9 assist. So is it that you're mad at the Rockets for passing the ball around well, but barely having more assist then Payton? Then you would have to say the rest of the Sonics didn't move the ball around since they had a combined 9 assist. Payton's normal assist total is about 9. So cut 9 off of the Sonics assist total, how many did they have? 18. And that total got them to the playoffs last year. My point? Payton just happened to have an awesome night. The Rockets offense was fine. The defense sucked.
