    I don't know anybody else that trash talks anymore. This league is as soft as Tracy McGrady.

    It's such a shame Garnett didn't get to play in the 80s. Larry Legend would literally choke a guy like Kevin Garnett in the middle of a play if they were on opposing teams.

    Lot's of people trash talk, just, nobody taunts other players and gets up in their face anymore. If you do, you will get a technical.

    Garnett would not have talked trash in the 80s and 90s. He is a pansy who picks on players smaller and weaker than him. He would have had his ass handed to him by the trash talkers of that era.

    Trash talking is a dying art form. Some of the best trash talkers who have backed it up on court:

    Jordan and Bird. Payton was also a very nasty trash talker and had the gifted ability of getting under your skin.

    Cuz he himself is a TRASH! So he produces trash.

    it's just disappointing to see him being used in NBA ads.

    best years was definitely bird, magic, jordan, hakeem, barkley, ewing, etc, years.. .

    The league's fans have possibly become more soft than it's players. We look back on trash talking in such a good light but when it happens before our eyes we call these players punks and thugs.

    Well there's playful competitive funny trash talking (ala Sam Cassell) and there's yelling in the face of people you're a foot taller than and have 70 lbs on. Not exactly the same thing.
