"I'm not a big Przybilla fan, but the Bucks are really good," Garnett said. "I hate a fake thug, know what I mean? Just come and play, man. No sense you yapping about nothing. What happened in the past is done with. If they're going to boo you, they'll boo you. Don't be something you're not."

    Garnett declined to elaborate.

Whew, good thing we didn't ruin our chances of getting Garnett. [IMG]

I think this is a case of Garnnett playing the crowd by simply saying what they want to hear,kg telling someone to quit yapping...does anyone remember minn. vs. SA last year,Garnnett spent the whole series stuck to Duncan's ear.He was just saying what the hometown fans wanted to hear afterall pryz did diss the golden gophers. What the hell is kg doing even addressing pryz anyway?

But Garnett can back up his yapping and I think that's his point.

But Pryzbilla didn't do anything to provoke Garnett's tirade. Garnett is a loud-mouth, trash-talking, team-mate abusing, skinny stick whose only redeeming basketball talent is his height.

How come I never saw guys like Payton and Garnett talking smack to Barkley?

    Because Barkley is not Duncan.

Only his height, huh? That is pretty delusional, is it not? Say that about Travis Knight or Ostertag, not KG.

I know this isn´t directly related to the topic, but i still fondly remember how the Chuckster threw a basketball at Shaq´s forehead, and then, after avoiding a blow by the behemot, proceeded to wrestle him to the ground like a sac of potatoes, while throwing a fair share of jabs at that big oaf´s ear.

Barkley was the man. No wonder Malone never tried to pull his crappy elbow-throwing act on him. [IMG]

He was as troublemaking as they come, but if push came to shove, he had the GUTS to back his smack talking with actions!

After he threw that midget thru a window, he gained a little of my respect back with the Shaq scuffle. At least he is an equal opportunity Destroyah!

WHA!? You're talkin about Kevin Garnett right?

BTW, it's hard to talk smack to someone like Barkley because he never shuts up long enough to listen to anything!
