The name may not sound familiar to you, but it is based on the Fist of the North Star manga. Fans in North America may recall the manga/anime series, which also appeared as a SEGA Genesis game in 1989 as the Last Battle. A few screenshots and more information on the upcoming Hokuto Musou was recently released that's sure to get Fist of the North Star fans excited. At a press briefing from TECMO KOEI on October 14th at the Akasaka Blitz in Tokyo, Fist of the North Star's writer Buronson, artist Tetsuo Hara, game producer Hisashi Koinuma, and Kenji Matsubara, president of TECMO KOEI gave more details on the game.
I wish they have Team Ninja working on this game, or are using their engines. To me Ninja Gaiden's combat system is still unparalleled by anything else in this genre.
