THQ is a company that is in Hostess-level financial distress right now, but they definitely make some great, unique games, and have shown a consistent dedication to quality PC development even in the face of rampant piracy. This move, combined with the crazy Amazon pack a few weeks ago, clearly shows me that they are absolutely desperate for cash in order to simply keep the doors open until Company of Heroes 2 comes out, or they can find someone to buy them out. Throw them and Child's Play a few bucks, and come away with some truly great games for yourself as well.
