    Noticed in TV guide from H Chronicle that for example this coming Friday's game in Houston with Miami it is mentioned subject to blackout ie FSN channel. Does this really happen anymore? Viewers in Houston?

    I've been recording every game broadcast in Houston since 2003, adn they have NEVER blacked one out.
