    Mother-effen-win... Petite will be on top of his game like never before. Regardless of the Cards' insistance that they will be calm, I don't buy it. The facade is broken.

    Anyone else think that this series is the good start of a rivalry?

    Except for the Poo-Holes years of late and the 1985 World Series, they have Been the "Thirdnals" with the advent of the new NL Central. So, yes, good rivalry as the Cubbies are the only other team to have success in about the last 10 years besides the Red Birds.
