For the people who don't live in Houston and don't have NBATV, such as myself, this news really blows.

What a load of crap. I'll be at a bar during game 5 then. It sucks not watching it from the comfort of my home.

I don't understand how the Rockets/Jazz series isn't more exciting then some ****ty Spurs vs Suns series. Every single game has been exciting and down to the wire, yet they bump us off.

The same old story when it comes to the Rockets, the team gets no respect period(even if Yao is playing).

It's about ratings not close finishes.

Reasons why the Spurs vs Suns game gets the nod:

The Spurs are the reigning champions
    The Suns have a fun-to-watch high-octane offense
    Shaquille O'Neal
    2-Time MVP Steve Nash
    Amare Stoudemire

    And, no Yao...

Can anybody call TNT and ask if there's a possibility to show the Rox game on TBS? I've seen two games being broadcast simultaneously on TNT and TBS. Why can't they do it again? They have enough personnel.

I have NBA-TV (or whatever the damn thing is called), so I don't have a problem watching the game, but I think it is ludicrous to force people to have only that option. Outrageous. Bad enough that you have to have cable, but it all boils down to dollars for the NBA. I've got NBA-TV so I don't miss any Rockets games. That is the only reason. They have fans like us over a barrel. Up against the wall. All those other clichés. I was livid when they trotted out NBA-TV in the first place. Requiring it for playoff games? With all the outlets available? With scheduling ultimately in the hands of the League? The Suits suck!!!

I've got NBA TV, but for those who don't have it or don't live in Houston, don't they have a free preview of the channel going on right now? they say it every time there's a post game show on NBA TV, but not sure about it.

The game will still be on local TV right? Either upn20 or FSH? I know they have been playing on those channels when the game was on ESPN or TNT.

I think you have made it a lot more complicated than it is really.

Fact is, no one wants to watch the Jazz.
