Doors open at 5. Parking at Thundra Garage is free and admission is free. Watch the game on the Jumbo TV thing ha! Plus prizes and giveaways
No thanks 8 dollar beer, 5 dollar coke and expensive food if you want to be around other fans just go to a sports bar
I'm going. This is what I'm hoping does happen. They lower the screen. They turn up the volume. They let us watch. Here is what's going to happen. During commercials, they tell us to speak to a rep to pick your seat. They will tell us that Cricket works great. They will tell us that we want you to get your provider to get Comcast. This is going to happen during commercials, so they're going to get to the game about 10 seconds after it comes back on.
can anyone that has been to a viewing party before tell me if its worth it... im considering going but idk
its worth to watch it on the big screen, thats it, I'd suggest eating before getting there, 90% sure food will be the same prices as gameday, meaning no discount giveaways are the same ol' throwing shirts out to the crowd, there may be a small, small chance of free "viewing party" tshirts, but highly doubt it, may have like a 20% off sale at the store during a quarter just to promote and as Kam mentioned they are going to advertise the hell of going to "iwantCSNHouston.com" and getting the best prices for Playoff tickets is getting season tickets for next year I'm going to just watch the game on the screen, it was beautiful watching it during the home opener when they had the "Trick or Treat in the Suites" for STH
You can sit where ever you want but the upper level and a couple of others areas will be closed...The game and volume will be on the big screen....and yes, it is beautiful to watch on that monster. Cool addition this time!! The 94 and 95 championship trophies will be on the concourse. You can get a picture with them (a print out for you too) for a $10 minimum donation to the West, TX volunteer Fire Dept There will be giveaways and yes, during timeouts, there will be some programming and commercials. Also, a few concession stands will be open with regular game day concessions. It's a lot of fun and great way to feel the energy of other fans just like you cheering for our team
Yeah, these were a blast back in 2009. Paying $9 for a 24-ounce beer instead of $5 at a bar is a small tradeoff for the atmosphere and absurdly enormous screen. Like Dave said, as long as you eat before, it's not that costly.
Well, watching another embarrassing loss to the OKC in the Toyota Center, what is a good reason to do it? Well, we could have have a great game plan to win this game, but I just do not see it from our coach. We could defeat the Suns or Lakers to avoid the OKC to play the Spurs, then I have a great interest in seeing the Rockets-Spurs match in the Toyota Center. As right now, we can just not defeat the OKC in any game (we could win one if we are lucky), they are just super to us in each position, including the coach.
