    3-alarm fire. Flames can be seen up to 5 miles away! :eek:

    Good thing Mattress Mac just opened that new location...

    HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Eyewitness News has learned that the Gallery Furniture warehouse off I-45 has caught fire.

    We confirmed with the owner Jim 'Mattress Mac' McIngvale over the phone.

    The fire has gone to four alarms. We're told the ceiling of the warehouse has collapsed. The fire has now spread to the inside of the showroom.

    Mack donates a ton of money to charities and has been an overall positive business icon for Houston (and we freakin' NEED 'em).

    supposedly it was started from a generator, and there probably were people in the warehouse. Id hate to be stuck on 45 like that.
