has anyone else caught this show on G4? i think it's hilarious and a little nostalgic for an old gamer. if you're familiar with old 8-bit games, game development history, or programmers, you'll get the show. otherwise, i'm not sure how it comes off. it may be like a 30 minute inside joke. clips from the shows, etc. can be found here http://www.g4tv.com/codemonkeys/index.html
yea its a good show, I didn't start enjoying it until about halfway through the first show. I was tempted to change the channel but it ended up being very entertaining.
I like it too. Definitely easy to miss. I couldn't find the remote one night and had to sit through it. Only way I knew.
I hate G4. I don't like any of their programming except xplay, ofcourse. I also like Arrested Developement, but do they still show that? Anyway, it seems like G4 is targeting the demographic that I don't like to associate with. That being young men (18 - 30), who would only watch the network because of its hot hosts (Olivia Munn, Morgan Webb) who often blurb out a few sexual explicit dialogue just to keep the interest of their desperate audience. A good example being Attack of the Show having the "In your Pants" segment. Or maybe it's just me.
Hmmm. An O. Munn sighting. Well, here's my contribution. I wonder how long before the tinman shows up.
^^^^^^^^^^^ Wow First I thought it was photoshoped since I've been reading the photoshop thread in the other rockets forum. Why does she have a large scar on her belly?
Legit question. I think it's a side effect from the elastic strap on the bottom half of her costume (what little there is of it). See where her pony tail ends? I believe this material was taken at the G4 coverage of the Star Wars 30th Anniversary celebration. Lastly, I apologize for hijacking this thread but a little O. Munn goes a long way...
yeah that's from thier Star Wars 30th Anniversary celebration coverage. Munn, she cute but I'm more a Morgan Webb fan, girl knows her gaming stuff as well, as opposed to Munn who was just a "face" hire, liked the girl she replaced a lot better, Sarah Lane, but that's just me
