Okay, I'm getting the word out on the street because it will help a friend out. Basically, they need to be out at the end of this month, but the lease runs until the end of July. So if a new tenant is not found by the end of this month, they'll have to pony up the rent money for July as well. Good sized living room - not sure about the sq. footage. They allow pets b/c the nxt door + upstairs peeps have a dog each, and one of the residents has a cat. Oh! It also has assigned covered parking!
