    Ken Lay should get a caning and the sign and the rack and while we're thinking of more unusual punishments how about bamboo under the fingernails.
    should'nt the law be fair for everyone.

    Its funny last week, while I was driving towards I-10 from my house, and saw some dude that was a similar sign but said something like "I am a date rapist, child molester" and some other things and couldnt read the rest. My mom and I had "WTF?" looks on our faces. Just thought that was weird.
