obviously, this guy didn't grow up in Texas... Here's what they should have done. Put that guy about five feet in front of that pole, then chunk the roach at him. As he turns around to run....SMACK!
I had a similar reaction when a roach fell from the ceiling on to my shoulder in my garage one night.
I remember when i was a kid there was a lizard on our curtain so i grabed the can of raid and sprayed it...the thing i did a half gainer with a twist and landed direclty on my face and i screamed like a girl all around the house...i was only 6 years old but damn that was scary....other than that...now i am indifferent to things like that...they don't scare me or freak me out anymore...
I have to admit I'd act just like that guy if put in that position. I can handle snakes, spiders, even small roaches, etc., but cockroaches bring out the little girl in me.
To prove that he was really tough, the guy should have done something similar to this hottie. May be a mantis is more tasteful than a cockroach?
When I was 16 I took a nap on the hammock outside and woke up with a gigantic cockroach perched halfway in my mouth. And I'm a girl. And I hate insects. And that was the worst day of my life.
These guys are much nicer friends than I am. There is no question that I would've just thrown the roach onto the guy's shirt.
