What's the funniest thing you ever saw. It could be a SNL or Mad TV sketch, a scene from a movie, a TV show episode, or something on late night talk shows. Right now, I would have to go with a sketch from Mad TV called Kenny Rogers' Jackass. The first time I saw it, I couldn't stop laughing for 2 days straight. It's such an original team up, making fun of Kenny and the show Jackass at the same time. I hope others have seen it because it cracks me up. Also, the skits on Conan are always good. Especially Triumph, Masturbating Bear, and PimpBot 5000. "I've got microchips from Yokohama and I'll be turning out yo Mama!"
i dont like madtv at all. snl is so much better. anyways, the funniest thing ive ever seen on tv is the jazz losing in the playoffs because scot padgett tried to make a dunk and got called for offensive goaltending on a stockton three pointer that was goin in to tie the kings. now THAT was comedy.

Mr. Show. I just bought the DVD of the first two seasons and they did this skit with a performance artist who was going to defecate on the American flag, but when he dropped his shorts to do it, he just squatted there straining and couldn't ever go. I just about fell off the couch laughing.
Herlihy Boy Dog Care Service skit on SNL is among the funniest things I've ever seen...I was literally crying I was laughing so hard, the first time I saw it.

most definetely my fave movie of all time... "Friday" a very close second is "Chris Rock: Bigger & Blacker"... i've seen i've seen both over 100 times, but they still crack me up!

Friday was really good, I thought "Next Friday" was just as funny or funnier. "Kraig, this is Ms. Ho-Kim." "It's Kim-Ho Motha Fu**a" "You haven't seen my Aztec Warrior, homes!" "No Lock Doors!"
Three really stand out for me: 1) Ali G interviewing some politician guy and asking "Have you seen Maggies' thatch?" and 2) The 'Dead Parrot' Monty Python sketch. and 3) The 'Don't mention the war...' scene from Faulty Towers.
The only time I've laughed in a theater and my eyes were watering and I couldn't breath was seeing South Park: Bigger, Longer, & Uncut when Terrance and Phillip sang Uncle F*cka.
Lots of good ones mentioned already... I'm going to go with Steve Carell's investigative reporting on The Daily Show... this guy usually has me rolling and is the main reason i watch it.
