"Fuel Factor for Generation" on Reliant Bill

it's what the industry calls, "****ing you in the ass."

 

I'm working on contract at reliant, its nothing major, but in training we went over bills and someone asked. the lady who was training us didn't know but I guess that the charges are broken down into the cost of generating the electricity and the fuel to generate the electricity.

I will try to find out if no one elses knows but that was just an offhand guess.
