Hey y'all, I'm looking to sell my iPad. It's a first-gen iPad that I've treated WONDERFULLY. I'll be selling it with my DODOcase and any other accessories I've collected. I'm looking to get about $500 for it -- that's still $60 for a refurbished identical iPad from apple.com, and mine has my case. I've treated it kindly and am more than willing to head into an Apple Store to get it checked out before you pay me for it. Most of you know I work at an Apple Store, so this is a non-issue to me. I'll gladly accept cash or credit/debit for an extra $10 (to help cover service charge). I'll upload pics if wanted (I'm sitting at an airport in Dayton, OH). And I'll be straight-up ignoring ridiculous offers. Reply to this or, better yet, email me through the board.
damn your still working there? every time i go there to check if your still there, but never see you, but then again, I only to that mall once every 3-4 months.
Yeah, I work on the business team now. I'm in our back a LOT more than I used to be -- following up with customers, databasing, etc.
Good luck selling Just so you know a brand new 64gb wifi/3G iPad is only 529 from AT&T Don't think you will get 500 for it. It's just the nature of technology. It depreciates fast
Good point. I never looked there, just apple.com. Biases and all. I still think $500 is a good jump off point, so there's that. At least. I'm selling it to buy an iPhone. Verizon gives Apple employees CRAZY good rates (even though I'd prefer AT&T-Mobile), but I wouldn't get them immediately unless I buy the phone full-price.
