They are a relatively highly collectible porcelain figures based on the most recognizeable clown in America (apparently). We'll see if I get it. There were only 1989 of these and can go for $700 or more, apparently. Mine is singed, mint condition, and listed only $5 more than a similar, non-signed version on ebay...we'll see...
