Someone sent me that picture today...to be honest, I did not understand the joke, I think because I don't know who Frodo is.

 

Wow . . . You are likely the only one in the world who doesn't know Frodo.

Lord of the Rings. See the movie or read the books and it'll make sense

 

I know who Frodo is and know of the movies but why has Frodo failed somebody sum it up please, because I don't want to watch or read LOTR.

 

That is the Ring of Power. It's imbued with the evil of the Dark Lord Sauron. Long story short, Frodo is to take the ring to Mount Doom to destroy it. He has to face many perils along the way, including the treachery of those who want the ring -- particulary man.

Frodo failed because that's a picture of GWB wearing the Ring of Power Obviously Frodo didn't make it to Mount Doom. funny stuff . . .

 

Now Bush has the One Ring To Rule Them All.

And he has seemed to have some sort of slightly unnatural long life . . .

And its because of those people that so many people around the world resent us.

By the way pele I don't get what you're saying. If you're saying that people who don't agree with you are ignorant and blind to the truth, you may want to look into what ignorance means. Also, I can't believe you think that our government, and ONLY ours, does things that other people may not like. If that were the case, why was there any need for NATO or the Warsaw Pact, or indeed ANY war in the past 225 years (or so) that was someone making war on us, not us coming to another's defense? Unless of course all this is solely GWB's fault, in which case the system of checks and balances has somehow escaped the modern government class' curriculum.
