I went to my supermarket earlier today and when I checked my groceries, I found a long piece of bread sticking out. I looked at it, picked it up and took it to the person who was behind me and asked them if it was theirs. They said yes and the bagger took it, but a few seconds later they told me it wasn't theirs and the bagger insisted it was mines. I stood there for a minute, checked my receipt and I didn't get charged for it, so they gave me a piece of bread for free. I'm skeptical on eating this piece of bread because I have no idea where it came from. I didn't put it on the little conveyer belt thingy nor did I see it hanging around near the bagger when I went to that lane. What can I do with this $1.50 piece of bread besides eating it or throwing it away?
i am disappoint. thought this was going to be about vietnamese beef stew, bo kho. the most under-rated of dishes.
