    I hope this guy gets arrested when one of his guns illegally kills somebody. He would be an accessory, no?

    Did you read the article? He is no more of an accessory than any store that sells you a gun. Also, it appears it is safer to get a gun from him rather than a store:

    "So is there a part of Coplen that is terrified that he's putting guns in so many hands? "No. To qualify for a firearm with us you have to pass a background check. You have to take and pass our training course which is legal, safety and tactical training."

    I don't have a problem with the residents in that neighborhood, or any other, possessing firearms for protection, for hunting, for target shooting, or because they collect them as a hobby. I do have a problem with some jumped up vigilante making a name for himself by creating an "organization" to distribute firearms to everyone who lives in a particular area. By the way, where does Mr. Coplen live?

    Moar guns! I'm guessing the guy is lying about 107 home invasions in 400 homes. Unless you're going to walk around with your shotgun I don't know how that's going to help you when someone kicks your door in. It's good to know that you can now wait for someone to leave the house in this neighborhood before you break in and get a free shotgun.

    They should be forced to take a safety class.
    I'd assume a good chunk of them don't know how to properly handle a weapon, and may base some of their knowledge on weapons based on what they've seen in popular culture. No good can come giving someone a shotgun if they show no trigger discipline and want to hold the shotgun sideways.

    Seriously though, teach these people how to use guns please.
